Continually posting and/or opening additional threads to ask for helps within a relatively short period of time will not facilitate you receiving any assistance sooner. If anything, it may discourage some from responding.
That aside, perhaps explain what the transport logs show, information that is different between the two, what research you have done as well, what component/SP you are on in the system. This type of information may demonstrate your efforts to investigate and also provide more useful context to your issue that others may be then able to provide a solution.
I don't use personalisation so the only assistance I could do is search.... but there'd be no point as I've assumed you've done that already
