My understanding is also that you must recreate your PSE for the system and if you created own PSEs for signatures (unfortunately these are often signed by the system and not a signature scenario) then you should recreate them as well.
And then distribute / re-establish the public keys to the trusting systems, which might also be SAP JAVA stacks or non-SAP systems.
We had performance problems today, but that was because we patched many things at the same time, had to restart several times and forgot to run SGEN the last time.
As mentioned before, please be considerate that the basis folks have real work to do and don't irritate them with some obscure GRC issue in the next 2 weeks... :-)
