Structural Authorizations Time Administrator Assignment

Hi

I would like to know some information around Structural Authorizations where there will be couple back end reports that we will push out to
MSS that will require structural authorizations. The individual accessing the report should only see employees that are in his/her reporting line.

Also, I am wondering if structural authorizations will allow access to only direct reports or multi-level (as is the case with MSS)?

I will be utilizing the Time Administrator field on IT0001,does that impact security at all? Or is it HCM config?
