CUA logon issue

Hi Experts,

I can’t access the CUA system with my user ID, DDIC and also SAP*. With my user ID, I have no authorization to access the system. And with users (DDIC and SAP*), comes error “You cannot log on (CUA System assignment missing)”. Any idea, how I can resolve this issue in windows level or any other alternative?
