FEBA displaying existing statement authorization object issue

Hello Gurus.

I have been working on FEBA transaction where user wanted to display existing statement and it asks for 03 activity for F_FEBB_BUK . After giving this access for display ,it asks for 02 activity as well.

I am not sure why for display it is asking for 02 activity and without 02 activity it is not working .

Please suggest
