Authorization for Transaction

Hi Experts,

Need some input regrading Authorization for Transaction.

I have created a single role and assigned transaction to it, Now i want to assign that role to  specific user, I have created role in production and now in

SOLMAN i tried to assign it to user in SU01.

Issue is In SOLMAN its showing the ROLE doesn't exists for production server. Can anyone tell me how to overcome the issue.
