PDA Admin - Exclude Own PDA Documents

Dear All,

Situation looks like this:

Structural Authorizations implemented on our system.

PDA Admin with access to one particular Organizational Unit (i.e. Spain) is able to access all PDA documents within this Organizational Unit (which is correct). At the same time User is located inside this Org. Unit.

We would like to exclude PDA Admin access to his own documents as an Admin - this gives him/her possibility to read Manager coments, which is not possible for Employee.

Is it possible within SAP standard to give access to the whole OU - excluding admin access to own data/ PDA documents?
