Enabling TLS 1.x without disabling SSLv3

Hello Experts,

I would like to know if we can enable TLS 1.x without actually disabling SSL v3 on SAP NW PI (A+J) system? We use web dispatcher for SSL handshake. We are actually planning to migrate to TLS 1.x , but would like to know if both TLS and SSLv3 can be active in SAP system.
