I work for a company that supports other people's SAP systems. The more paranoid of our customers want a detailed list of the authorizations required before they will let us login to fix a problem. Obviously, this can cause a bit of a delay in solving problems - customers are reporting symptoms not causes, so we don't always know where the problem lies and what authorisations to ask for first time around.
Note 1154550 - Standard roles for support activities provides a good start for a generic "read-only" set of Support User authorisations, but it only refers to the ABAP AS. Is there an equivalent note for AS JAVA, or (because PO is so different to EP is so different to dual-stack) am I trying to make a generic answer fit a non generic situation ?
