Hi ,
We have checked and found that DDIC is logged into system on 23 August and 17 November and comes under SM20 Logs too, but in our SCU3 when we check we are getting something different .
When we checked from dated 22 august to today's date we are getting like given below and not showing the setting which were closed on 23 august its showing the new entry for 17 nov and on the upper side top left corner mark under red circle its also showing us 17 nov date.
Something is wrong as its not pulling up the previous records.
We have checked rec/client settings also and its set to be ALL .
Please help me on this.
