User is unable to reset the expired password (or) the password provided by the Admin. Every time her password is expired, she is unable to reset it to any of the very different password (not using general words like welcome etc.,). As an admin, I'm resetting the password in SU01, and then logging into SAP with her user id and resetting to a different password in the password change screen and give it to her. Then only she is able to logon without getting a request for Password change screen.
Please help to resolve this issue. This is going on nearly for an year.
