Of course, you can 
But you have to chnage status of the request:
- Use transaction SE38 or SA38 and run program: RDDIT076
- Set your request number and run the program
- After request is shown double click on it
- You should be able to change status from R to D
And now, you can delete the transport for example in transaction: SE10...
