HR Users not able to read the payment details of users in PA20 .But after some time the access is restoreing and HR users can able to see the data

Hi Team,

HR Users not able to read the payment details of users in PA20 .But after some time the access is restoring automatically  and HR users can able to see the data. This is happening for few hr users past 1 week.

We have checked change docs for hr users and checked indexing program (if this is working or not ).Its working fine with few seconds delay.

Please do the needful.
