I will look at all of your suggestions and report back shortly.
I will make sure that it is the same in PRD as it is in DEV. We do have two roles very similar in name so it is possible I was able to do it on a different role but I think it is the same unless I misread.
Shivraj, yes I was able to do it in PRD but not DEV. I know..seems odd.
I recently found out that they have been doing things non proper regarding roles DEV and PRD. They have been modifying roles directly in PRD because the previous person in this position did not tell them otherwise.
So it is very possible that I have two different profiles for the same roles between the systems. This cleanup is on my list of things to do.
I will let you all know my findings in just a while as I am now going to start back on it.
